Disable scroll mouse

Argh! I have some EOF/BOF code that disables the
Next/Previous buttons when a user is at the end of a
recordset so the don't get an error. I just found out that
this works when the person is using the buttons on the
form, however is the person choses to scroll through
records with the scroll wheel on their mouse it overlooks
code. Is there a way to disable scroll action on mouse?
