disable screen savr and locked mode

I have disabled the screensaver from my laptop and all the stand by
settings are set to never..still if I leave my computer unused for
some time, it gets locked. How do I preven this locking of the
computer.

You may have a check in "Prompt for password" in Control Panel, Power
Options. You have probably also enabled APM on the APM tab.

where is the APM tab. Also i have nothing enabled...everything is
disabled and still it goes into the lock mode.. Somebody said that its
a group policyl. I have the admin rights on teh machine. Is it
possible to disable the lock/stand by mode
