Disable Quicklaunch toolbar via Group Policies

Anyone know how to disable the ability to make the
Quicklaunch toolbar visible via a Group Policies?

You can only disable All Toolbars on Taskbar. Note, this will apply to all
users on the machine. If you need to apply this on a per user basis, see
www.dougknox.com, Win XP Utilities, Windows XP Security Console.
