Disable Preview Pane?

Hi,
I've just started using Outlook 2000 on Win XP Home. I can't
figure out how to disable the preview pane. I presume that using the
preview pane in Outlook will put me at risk of viruses (as in Outlook
Express).

Currently, My outlook shortcuts are in a panel on the left; the
list of messages is in a pane at the top, and the text of the message
is in a pane at the bottom. So I think it's using the preview pane.

Can somebody help me please?

Try adding the /NoPreview switch to the shortcut you use to start Outlook.
