Disable Preview Pane

How can I diable the preview pane in Windows E-mail. I followed the
directions in the view help window : Control Panel - Folder Options -
Clicked on Classic Windows Folders. The preview pane still remains. Any
suggestions please.

WM>View menu>Layout, remove the tick from Preview Pane.

I have the Preview Button on the top toolbar, then I can toggle between
views as is my want?
WM>View menu>Layout>customise toolbar, add from left column to right, you
can move buttons up or down the toolbar, add some other buttons while in
there?
