I use Outlook with my POP2 email servers and have it check for new messages
every 1 minute. Problem is, when the ISP has a server issue, Outlook pops
up the email account password box which takes the focus. If my users are
heads down typing, they mess up the password settings. Is there any way to
disable the pop up?

Thanks!

POP accounts in Outlook employ POP3 protocols and one minute is way too
short. The recommended minimum for the send/receive interval is ten
minutes.
