I want to disable a network connection. Better yet I want to delete

Please reply to this message in the news group (not by E-mail) with
more information to help other people understand the problem.

What type of network connection do you want to disable: dial-up, LAN,
broadband, IEEE 1394, other?

How are you trying to disable it? What exactly happens when you do
it? If there's an error message, what does it say?

Why do you want to delete the connection?

If it's a LAN connection, you can go to Device Manager, remove the
network adapter that the connection uses, turn off the computer, and
physically remove the network adapter from the computer.
