Disable Netbios on internal WAN adapter

I am having an issue on Win2003 where WINS is picking up the IP address of
the internal adapter as the master browser. This appears to be causing
issues with my Exchange server (on a separate). How do I stop this address
from being populated in WINS. I think I have to diable Netbios on that
adapter but can't find where to do this.

It requires a registry change. See KB 292822 item 1 f-h. Also note the
advice in item 2 about deleting old records from WINS.
