Disable Local Resources

I would like to disable Local Resources so users can not
copy files from the work XP Professional PC to there local
home PC. Is there way to do that?

Yes. You can limit this by Group Policy (gpedit.msc from the command
prompt, then take a look at the Administrative Templates Terminal
Server settings for both Computer and User Configurations)

Even though it's a W2K AD Domain not a W2K3 Domain?

Yep.. You just need to add either Windows XP or Windows 2003
Administrative Templates.
