I have a couple of computers that I need to disable internet access to. Is
there a policy change that accompolish this? If so, where? I thought there
was at least an option to disable iexplore.exe but I can't seem to find it.

Thanks in advance,

Enrique

You can disable access to IE from the Group Policy Editor (XP Pro), but in a non-domain enviroment, this will apply to all users. If you need to restrict access for specific users, see www.dougknox.com, Win XP Utilities, Windows XP Security Console. The licensed version allows you to restrict applications on a per user basis.
