Disable File and printer sharing

I whant to disable file and print sharing, is there a
policy for this so that users cant use it anymore?
We have a AD.
Is het olso posible to hide the tab sharing?
 
You'll mess up ability for SMS to install if you do this on your ethernet connection. Do it on your dialup for less troubles and that's where the majority of the security concern is anyway.
