Disable Fast User Switching (Classic Login)

I've checked in Vista under "User Accounts" (and several other places), and
cannot find a way to disable (turn off) Fast User switching. I know this is
possible in XP, but what about Vista?

Okay people - someone has to know how todo this. THe help in Vista is great
to tell you what it is and that it is on by default but no mention of how to
turn it off!!!!
