disable eurovalue windows at excel startup

I tried to turn off the eurovalue window everytime I start excel but without
a success. Any hints?

I have this same problem.

Leave Excel program.
Go to:
Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office 10\Macrolib

Rename Eurotool.xla by another one like Eurotool_xla.ren
When you re-open Excel it will ask you to reinstall this macro ?
Answer NO .
