disable dll cache

Hello there.

I want to diasble dll cache, how i can do it. Disabling it means i
disable also Windows file protection? I think this thing is indipendent
from dll cache

Windows File Protection is what copies files from the dll cache if
they;'ve been modified or replaced, so yes, disable WFP.
