disable control panel

Hello FC,

1. Click on START/RUN and type mmc
2. Open the Console menu and select add/remove snap-in
3. Click Add and select Group Policy
4. Click Add again
5. Make sure Local Computer is listed in the Group Policy Object: box
6. Click Finish then Close and OK
7. Open Local Group Policy
8. Navigate to User Configuration/Administrative Template/Control Panel
9. Select Control Panel to access policies
10. Select Disable Control Panel and set policy to Enabled
