Disable CD rom access

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to disable access to the cd rom for the
Guest Account?

Hi

1)
Temporary add "Guest" to the "Administrators" group.


2)
Log on as "Guest" and follow the instructions it the
following two articles (adding the settings in the
HKEY_CURRENT_USER part of registry):
