I'm not sure what would you have Excel do when it thinks it's at the end of
a printed page. No matter what the page will eject. If your goal is go
print as closely to the bottom of a sheet of page as possible, set the
footer and and bottom margin to zero under File, Page Setup. Printers
sometimes have internal margins that you can adjust too.
