Disable AutoComplete?

On searches and forms on the internet, the first time, it
asks you if you'd like to turn autocomplete on. It's quite
annoying and I am wondering if anyone knows how to turn it
off?

Open Internet Explorer, then choose: Tools|Internet Options|Content|Auto
Complete and check/uncheck appropriate boxes.
