Disable auto complete popup?

I've turned off auto-complete in MSIE, now every time I type in
something I get a popup window asking if I want to turn it on.

No, if I wanted to turn it on I wouldn't have turned it off! Is there
some way to stop it asking, some registry tweak or such?

PS, I apologize if this has been asked and answered, I googled around
but couldn't find it.

Thanks, I did the PC Magazine registry change and it seems to have
worked. I have Kelly's Korner URL saved but somehow overlooked the
fix? Don't know why... that's sorta embarrassing.
