disable ALT+ENTER keys

I have made an aplpication in MSACCESS. I don;t want the user to press
ALT+ENTER when a form is open. If he does that properties box will open for a
control and from there everything can be done. Whole database can be opened
by writing code using expression builder and writing macro. How to disable
that.
