Disabed Administrator Account

Here is my problem-

I logged on as Administrator and created a User account
WITHOUT administrative priveleges, then i disabled the
Administrator account by accident. I can't re-enable the
Administrator account because i dont have permission, and
i can't 'run as' administrator because the account is
disabled. PLEASE HELP!

Once you have created regular user accounts, the default Administrator
account vanishes from the Welcome screen, which you see when the computer
starts up. Press Ctrl-Alt-Delete twice at the Welcome screen to retrieve the
standard logon dialog. You can log on as Administrator from there.
