DIRMS and Buzzsaw Defragmentation Tools

Has anyone here used DIRMS and Buzzsaw Defragmentation Tools free from
http://www.dirms.com/ and would you recommend it? I have found that the
Windows tool now leaves my heavily fragmented drives as badly fragmented
when it finishes as when it starts. There is plenty of free space on all
drives so this is not the problem.

I haven't used it by why do you think you need it? XP's built in
defragmenter works fine, defragmentation is not as big an issue in XP
with NTFS unless the drive is almost full in which case you should
consider upgrading the drive. And there are some very good third party
defragmenters out there, though not free, including Diskeeper Corps'
Diskpeeper and Raxco Perfect Disk.
