direcway and remote conection

I currently have internet access through direcway two way
internet service.
I am trying to connect remotely from my home office where
I have road runner.
Direcway doesn't support remote connections

any Idea's.

DSL and cable are not available at the office.

Does Direcway use a third party ISP? If so, you will need to open the
ports on that IP address...
