we bought links 2003 it says 3d accelerater disabled,
need to upgrade video card, we asked best buy they said
computer should run game, just download directx still
will not work? why?

Have you updated the card with the latest drivers from the manufacturer's
web site? If so, have you asked Best Buy why the card doesn't support 3d
acceleration, or checked with their techs for information how to enable it
if it does? If those questions are still unanswered, post back with further
information, including the brand of the card.
