DirectX Istallation Issues

After Downloading DirectX 9.0b or c during installation get error message of
"file cabinet cannot be trusted" and ends installation.
 
Seems to be a bug with the release. You might want to take a look at
what others are suggesting in the directx newsgroups. Try:
