directory temporary files

Hi,I live in Italy.I have written my problem on the italian newsgroup,but
none can help me.I'll try now to explain my problem to you(even if my english
is very bad):
When I run the program "AutoCAD",I receive the following message:
Irreversible error:The directory for the storage of temporary files doesn't
not exist(the message is in Italian,I tried to translate it as well as I can)

at the italian newsgroup they told me that
the values for TEMP e TMP,in property of the system, must be,C:\TEMP2,but
it`s already like this!!
Could you suggest me something else

Try creating a folder called in c: called TEMP2

Hi,

It means that your environmental variables are messed up, or that the folder
they are pointing to does not exist. The program relies on the temp folder,
and cannot access or locate the appropriate folder. Check the settings of
the program, as it may indicate a temp folder other than the one dictated in
your environmental variables.
