directory error

I recently had the SoBig virus and think I have it all
taken care of. I have a new virus scanner and it says my
system is clean. But everytime I turn on my laptop I get
an error message that says the file dllreg.exe is not in
my registry and I should delete any reference to it.
What does this mean and how to I take care of it? I re-
installed by XP thinking that some files where deleted in
the virus ordeal, but that didn't seem to help.
