Director Player 6.0 error message

When trying to open an older program, the following error
message appears:
Director Player 6.0
Unable to copy the driver file C:\WINDOWS\xobglu16.dll to
your Windows directory. Your disk may be full.

I used the program compatibility wizard on this program
and set it for Win98 and 256 colors, and it loaded during
the wizard. Then I tried to open the program after using
this wizard and got the same message above.

The disk is definitely not full.
