Direction Arrows Reversed

Suddenly my right/left direction arrows have started working in REVERSE (only
in my Word 2002 application). This happens on BOTH my laptop keyboard and
with my external keyboard. Any thoughts why? Thanks.
 
If you or some else customized keyboard shortcuts, try reseting the shortcuts
to restore all of Word's keyboard shortcuts: Tools>Customize. Select Commands
tab. Click Keyboard button to open dialog box. Click Reset All button.
