direct X , direct 3d test

When I run dxdiag I get an error message and computer
freezes up the message is : step 3 (end scene) HRESULT=
0x887602fb (error code) I have searched mirosoft fot this
error code and have not been able to find it.When I
disable AGP texture acceleration the computer doesn't
freeze up. Doesn't make any difference on DX version does
it on all,even 9.0a
Running XP.with Nvidia riva tnt2 model 64/model 64 pro

Not all cards support AGP,or it just might not show in
DIRECT X,my 128mb ATI wont do the AGP test,but the on-
board chipset will,with only 32mb and its two years
old.Try typing DIRECT X,then AGP Texture.
