Direct Play Voice setup

Cannot get Dpv setup to install. Starting from Control Panel/Sounds and Audio Devices roperties, select VOICE, then TEST HARDWARE, I get message "Error during Direct Play Voice setup. Code: 0x80004005." Then box appears stating " Windows Error. Cannot execute DpvSetup.exe. Use ADD/Remove Programs Control Panel to install." Any help in getting this program to work would be appreciated. Thanks, Henry
