Direct each account emails to its own pst file

How to I direct the emails from each account in Outlook to its own pst file?
I have created a personal .pst folder in Outlook for each account but all
incoming emails still go to the default Outlook.pst file.

Is there a way to default each email account?

I forgot to mention. I would like to do it in Outlook 2003 under Windows XP
Pro and Outlook 2013 under Windows 7
