I have imported an Access tables into Outlook and want to display in
Detailed Address Card View. I want all the addresses to be displayed
by the Company name and not the contact name. I know I can do this
individually and choosing the Company Name in the File As box.
Is there anyway I can do this automatically for all the addresses - if
I
choose display as company name I do not seem to be able to display as
Detailed Address card view?
Is there anyway I can link to the Access table so that any future
amendments would automatically appear in Outlook?
