When I attach a digital signiture to a word document, it does not stay on the
file after I e-mail it. I do not change anything on the document after I
sign it. How can I send a Word document through Outlook and keep the digital
signiture?

You _are_ talking about a digital signature as defined i.e. at
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_signature, correct?

If so, then I'd try an Outlook NG.
