I RECENTLY GOT ONLINE AGAIN AND OPENED A OUTLOOK EXPRESS ACCOUNT. I HAVE
BEEN RECIEVING EMAILS BUT WHEN I WENT TO SEND ONE I GOT THIS MESSAGE "YOU
CANNOT SEND DIGITALLY SIGNED MESSAGES. YOU DON'T HAVE A DIGITAL ID FOR THIS
ACCOUNT.
 
Please open Outlook Express and select Tools | Options | Security tab. Is
the checkbox ticked at the bottom to digitally sign all messages?
