Digital ID Class 1 fails

Verisign Digital ID Class 1 fails. Windows XP SP2 with all Office 2003
updates. Deleted the certificates severals times and even procured a new
certification The usual errors when attempting to send and receive are:
1. Your Digital ID name cannot be found by the underlying security system,
and
2. Can't open this item. your Digital ID name can not be found by the
underlying security system.
Any ideas about the problem or where to go to get help. We have tried all
the KB articles on the subjects. Thanks. /Howard

No! I sure haven't found any answers yet. I will get back on this problem
