Digital camera problems

I wonder if anyone can help me. Ever since I downloaded and installed Win
xp SP 2 I've had problems with downloading/transferring my pictures from my
camera (Packard Bell) to my PC. I don't know if I need to post this on the
MS forum or not. I thought I'd try this. I'm not sure how to get onto the
MS forum.

Sorry this is the MS Access (the database program) newsgroup. Try a
newsgroup devoted to the program you are using. You should find people
better able to address your problem there than here.

Don't feel bad, a lot of people make the error.

I suggest checking with Packard Bell. You may want to re-install any
software that came with your camera. Check to see if there is a newer
version available from Packard Bell.

You can also try any newsgroup related to Windows XP or general
questions like: annexcafe.general.user2user
