difficulty with Windows XP Product ID

I am attempting to post a question with Microsoft Online
Assisted Support, which requires the Windows XP Product
ID. I have located a product KEY, but no product ID.
The product KEY does not work. Where might the product
ID be found? I don't see it within the literature that
came with the software.

Right Click My Computer and select Properties.
On the General tab of System Properties is a Registered to:
The Product ID is the number that looks like
12345-123-1234567-12345
