Difficulty in downloading Eboot.bin using Jump code

I have difficulty in downloading Eboot.bin to SMDK2440 using Jump code.
The downloading address which i provided in Jump code (to copy to SDRAM
and to flash) is same as that in Eboot.bin Image start in WINCE.
Is there any difference between .bin file generated in WINCE and Code
Warrior.
Because Jump code i developed using code warrior.

I also have doubt whether i hv to download Eboot. bin in WINCE thro
Ethernetonly to target device.
