Difficulty downloading the Blaster update from Microsoft

When I go to
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?
FamilyID=2354406c-c5b6-44ac-9532-
3de40f69c074&displaylang=en so I can install the update
for the Blaster Worm, I try to download the file by
the "Download" button on the right-hand side of the page.
When I select "Open" or "Save", then open it, it
says "File is Corrupted"... How can I download this patch
for the worm? I'm certain I'm downloading the right one
for my version of Windows (Windows XP Home Edition).

Delete the file you have downloaded and try to download again.
