different resolutions for under diff user?

Hello:

Is there anyway to keep the resolution size to 1024x768 under one user, and
the other user(s) can use 800x600 without having to go into display
properties to resize the resolution everytime?

The reason I ask is because I have an ATI card with TV output and it only
works with 800x600 res and want to use that user to play movies onto my TV,
while my main user will run my important programs and keep it's higher
resolution...

Any suggestions? Thank you all...
