Mike

I looked on MS pages, but could not find any answers.
At this moment I am using 2000. It is also in my own language. I also have
FP2002, not my language.
However I can manage pretty well with English, I need to be sure it is worth
while to change.
So can anyone tell me what the differences are between fp2000 and fp2002?

Thanx in advance ppl!

Mike,

The feature changes in FP 2000 to FP 2002 where not very significant in my opinion. If you need to make a change going to FP2003 is
very beneficial.

Fp 2002 and FP 2000 are pretty similar. FP 2002 has some fixes in it for
bugs that were in FP 2000. It also has the ability to work with inline
frames, something that previous versions couldn't do in the WYSIWYG editor.
The best jump is to FP 2003, but if FP 2000 works well for you it may be
best to stick with it.

Unless you need the new features that were added in the FP 2002 Server
Extensions, FP 2000 should be fine.

Hope this helps,

You all say 'jump' to 2003, but you forget that that version does not work
on all versions of windows. I use WindowsME and cannot use 2003
unfortunally. Upgrading to XP is possible, but not for now, since some
hardware is not compatible with XP...

no probably means what features differ between 2000 and 2002.
I assume different language-versions of Frontpage would be the same i.e. the
French version 2000 or 2002 would be the same as the English version (except it's
in french!).

FP 03 will also run on Windows 2000 with service pack 3 installed. Nearly
all hardware that works with WinME will work with Win2K.
