Difference between 2 workdheets

Hi All,

Is there a way to find difference between 2 worksheets in Excel.
 
you could insert another worksheet ( sheet3)
then put this in A1
=IF(Sheet1!A1=Sheet2!A1,"","NO MATCH")
and drag down and accross
when done delete sheet3
