Diet software

Hi,

I recently posted asking about software to keep track of diet, preferably
using SR 16, the USDA's nutrient database.

I found this one:

http://www.lafn.org/~av832/

It's a DOS program, so it runs quickly; it's all menu driven, which is good
for the typographically challenged; and it will allow you to track *all*
the nutrients the USDA database supports.

It also allows you to set your own parameters: low fat or low carb, you
decide your own needs.

Disclaimer: I have no connection to this product, other than being a
satisfied customer, and anyway, it's free.
