Dictionary in Office 2003 WORD

Recently we changed from Office 2000 to Office 2003
Our machines run on a CITRIX system
Our system engineer changed all users to Office 2003

1: How can I edit the (public) dictionary so that I am able to clean it from
wrongfull entries

2: Where is this (public) dictionary (former normal.dat) situated.

3: what kind of rights do I need to have to be able to edit the whole.\

keep in mind, you can have custom dictionaries in addition to the one in Word.
