Dialup TAB not Available with Win2003 Admin Tools

I know that the dialup tab is not available when you use the Windows 2003
Admin Pak, my questions is how can you manage the dialup properties if you
do not have a 2000 box running the Windows 2000 admin pak? I know that I can
log into a 2000 box to do this, but what happens when I upgrade all the
machines to 2003/XP?
