Dialup disconnect...

How do I reenable the box that gives me the option of
remaining connected or disconnecting (from dialup
connection) after closing IE or Outlook Express?

In IE, go to Tools, Internet Options
Selection Connections then Settings
Then select the Advanced button (near your name and password area)
Then check "Disconnect when connection no longer needed"
