Dialog Box Pop-UNDER!

On a Win2K Pro PC, something happened that causes dialog
boxes to appear BEHIND the open document!

I suspect that it's something to do with MAPI32.DLL
because I had to manually replace that module and I
further suspect it's a registration problem but I don't
know what to do about it.

Any help appreciated.
