Dialer trojan and network loss

I have removed a trojan with AVG (dialer.17.M & dialer.17.h)which has
disabled all of my networking. It will not allow network setup wizard to run
and nothing I seem to do is allowing me to bring it back. Any suggestions
greatly appreciated.

Got it fixed used the cmd prompt und enetered the following
netsh winsock reset catalog

this command fixed it up
