Dial-up Problem

I have just installed a modem, but when i tryed to create a new connection,
the connect using a dial-up modem and Connect using a broadband connection
that requires a username and password i grayed out.
Any one now how to correct this problem?

To resolve this problem, reinstall SP1 for Windows XP.
